Account Executive

Possible locations for this position: Berkeley, CA / Washington, DC

Our Account Executives provide strategic oversight for direct marketing fundraising programs with nonprofit organizations who are our clients. Account Executives also serve as relationship managers for a portfolio of several clients, and work within a team to deliver direct marketing fundraising programs.

Core responsibilities:

  • Work with Account Lead to develop and execute year-long direct marketing fundraising schedules
  • Provide strategic oversight of client marketing fundraising programs
  • Guide production management and design process for projects
  • Prepare and secure strategy documents and budget approvals for projects

Senior Account Executive

About the Opportunity:

Our Senior Account Executives are the primary points of contact for our clients and lead the teams who deliver integrated direct marketing fundraising programs, by driving all senior-level strategic oversight and leadership of these programs.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute year-long direct marketing fundraising schedules in coordination with senior strategist
  • Provide strategic oversight of client direct marketing fundraising programs to maximize client program performance
  • Lead day-to-day management and implementation of client direct marketing fundraising programs
  • Guide production management and design process for projects

Account Manager

About the Opportunity:

Our Account Managers work within Client Services teams to support the Account Lead and manage their own direct mail fundraising programs on behalf of our clients. The Account Manager serves as liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams; and they ensure the timely and successful delivery of a wide variety of project management and client facing duties. 

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Lead in developing client annual plans and budget
  • Work with Account Lead to develop and execute year-long direct marketing fundraising schedules
  • Guide production management and design process for projects
  • Draft preliminary client budgets, strategies, list orders, and performance reviews
  • Create package specs and bid out client projects
  • Verify costs and approve project invoices and budgets
  • Track production schedule and deliverables
  • Monitor client deliverables and proactively keep projects on schedule
  • Proof copy and art for client projects
  • Perform weekly reporting

Your Background:
